A guide to choosing Lattafa perfumes

When exploring Lattafa, choose the individual fragrance rather than assuming a collection name describes one scent. The Khamrah editions offer a useful example: their published notes point in distinct directions.

Read the edition word

Original Khamrah lists cinnamon and nutmeg, dates and praline, with vanilla and resins in the base. Qahwa lists coffee in its base alongside vanilla and tonka. Dukhan introduces incense and tobacco in its published profile. Waha lists yuzu, cucumber and sea salt as part of a different, fresher direction.

These descriptions are based on each fragrance’s published note list. How long a scent lasts and how far it projects will also depend on your skin and the weather.

Keep the whole identity together

A 100ml Eau de Parfum, a smaller sample and a body spray are different purchase formats. Match the full name, volume and stated concentration when comparing a bottle. Do not use the leading Khamrah name alone.

Choose around your preferences

If you enjoy sweet spice, look at the complete gourmand profile. If you prefer freshness, inspect the citrus and aromatic notes as well as the sweeter base. For anyone unsure about smoke or coffee notes, sampling the exact edition where available is a useful next step.
