UK delivery information

Standard tracked UK delivery is free, with no minimum spend. The usual delivery estimate is 2–3 working days; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are picked, securely packed and typically dispatched from our UK warehouse on the same working day, using carrier services approved for fragrance. Every parcel is fully tracked, and your tracking link is emailed to you the moment it leaves us.

Where we deliver

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.

If you miss a delivery

Your tracking link lets you choose a safe place or a neighbour where the carrier offers it. If a delivery is missed, the same tracking page shows your redelivery or collection options.

Delayed or damaged parcels

Email supportarabperfumes@gmail.com or call 07356 268858 with your Arab Perfumes order number. For damage, keep photographs of the parcel and item if possible. We will help investigate and arrange the appropriate next step.
