Orders and delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Every UK order travels free by tracked delivery, with no minimum spend.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Most orders leave our UK warehouse on the same working day, and tracked delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days. See our delivery information for the details.
How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. You can use it to follow the parcel and, where the carrier allows, choose a safe place or a neighbour.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a perfume?
Yes, if it is unopened with the hygiene seal intact. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send it back within the following 14 days. Our returns policy explains each step.
What if the bottle has been opened?
For hygiene reasons, opened, sprayed or used fragrances cannot be returned for a change of mind. This never affects your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
When will I get my refund?
We aim to refund within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your return, and always within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Authenticity
Are your perfumes genuine?
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is sealed retail stock, sourced through authorised distributors and dispatched from our UK warehouse. We do not sell testers as new.
Can I check a batch code?
Of course. Email a clear photo of the batch code with the product name to supportarabperfumes@gmail.com, before or after you buy, and we will check it against our stock records. If a bottle from us ever fails verification, we refund the product and delivery in full.
Payment
When am I charged?
Payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil an item, we refund you in full straight away.
Choosing a fragrance
What are Arabian perfumes?
The term usually describes fragrances from houses based in the Middle East, often known for rich ingredients such as oud, amber, saffron, rose and vanilla. The style is broad, ranging from fresh and fruity to deep, smoky and sweet.
Are different editions of the same perfume interchangeable?
No. A word such as Intense, Elixir or an edition name usually signals a different composition. Always compare the full name, size and concentration.
Is a list of notes the same as an ingredient list?
No. Notes describe the impression a perfume is designed to give. For ingredients and safety information, check the product packaging.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep bottles somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and heat. A bedroom drawer or shelf suits fragrance better than a steamy bathroom.
How do I choose a perfume as a gift?
Start with a scent the person already loves, and think about whether they lean towards fresh, floral, woody or sweet fragrances. Our perfume finder lets you browse by the notes they enjoy.
