Terms and conditions

Using this website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with how it works or misuse anyone else’s details.

Products, prices and descriptions

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Fragrance descriptions and note lists are a guide, as everyone experiences scent differently; please check the exact name, edition, size and concentration before ordering.

If a product is shown at a price that is clearly wrong, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund. Promotional prices are valid only while they are displayed.

How your order becomes a contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The email you receive straight afterwards confirms that we have your order; it is not yet an acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through our secure payment provider. Your card details are processed by that provider and are not stored on this website.

Delivery and returns

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or limits liability where that would be unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Both you and we may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your right to use the courts where you live if you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK.
