Returns and refunds

Changed your mind, or something not quite right with your order? Here is exactly how returns work at Arab Perfumes. To start, email supportarabperfumes@gmail.com or call 07356 268858 with your order number before sending anything back.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel an online order for any reason. Let us know within 14 days of the day your parcel arrives; you do not need to explain why.

Once you have told us, please post the item back within the following 14 days, in its original packaging with the hygiene seal unbroken. We recommend a tracked postal service, and please keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is yours.

Opened or unsealed fragrances

Perfume is a sealed product that cannot be resold once opened, for health and hygiene reasons. If the seal has been broken, or the fragrance has been sprayed or used after delivery, the right to cancel no longer applies and we are unable to offer a refund. Any such item returned to us will be posted back to you. This does not affect faulty or misdescribed goods, covered below.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply whether or not the item has been opened. Contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and cover the return postage.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet left our warehouse, get in touch as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, simply follow the return steps above.

When you will be refunded

We aim to refund you within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your return, and always within 14 days. The money goes back to your original payment method and includes any standard delivery charge you paid on the order.
